You can cancel your booking online or by simply calling our toll-free number 2 hours prior to the home service.
Once you choose the date and time as per your convenience, our Home Service team will reach out to you over a phone call to understand any eye related issues and eye care history. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp. Prior to your home service, we will call you once again an hour before that day to remind you of your appointment.
Our optometrist with over 10+ years of experience will start the eye test after the full knowledge of your eye health history. At first he will perform the Visual Acuity test and then do the eye screening with a handheld refractometer that is imported from Japan. This will be followed by a subjective refraction and verification with trial lenses.
Once the eye test is done, you will be given personal counseling and recommendation by the eyewear expert that aligns with your need, choice, and budget. This is exactly how it is in our stores!
The first service on feeling any discomfort with the new pair of eyeglasses will be taken care of by our professional who will be visiting your place to fix it. After that, you will have to visit our nearest store for further service in future. We have a 7 days policy for an easy exchange or replacement if required in the case.
The exchange time is within 7 days of purchase/delivery; only if the product is in salable condition or unused condition. The exchange is valid only on frames and sunglasses. In, case of lenses, if there is any problem or complaint then the company will take the decision after verification of the problem or complaint.
